Guarantee

      All of our work is proudly accompanied by a lberal and reasonable guarantee.  However, please understand that there are many things which influence the stability of a piano's pitch and mechanical functions. Some of them include the condition of the instrument, the strings themselves, the climate control in the location where the piano is located, and how the piano is treated when played.  If, in our sole judgment, any of those conditions has caused the piano to fall from tune, keys to stick and the like, our guarantee will not apply.
